The free group trip planner
Six friends, three families, or the whole extended lot: say where you're going, when, and roughly what you want to spend. You get a day-by-day plan, a checklist with dates, a packing list everyone can claim from, a budget and, at the end, who owes whom.
A few short questions. Everything it drafts is yours to edit, and nothing reaches the group until you send the link.

Eight kinds of trip
A pilgrimage and a theme park weekend need different lists, so each kind brings its own checklist, packing list and budget split.

Nobody else has to sign up
Draft the whole trip first and read it through — the account is only asked for when you keep it, so it is yours on any device and the reminders reach you. Everyone else opens the link you send: they say how many are coming and when they arrive, and claim what they'll bring from the shared packing list. Planning a party instead? The party planner works the same way.
Questions
Is the trip planner free?
Yes, free while LazyParty is in early access — the itinerary, packing list, budget and settle-up are all included.
Do the people coming need an account?
No. Travellers open a link, say who's coming and claim what they'll bring. Only the organiser needs an account, and only to keep the trip — drafting one needs nothing at all.
How does splitting the cost work?
Log what each family paid. Costs can be split per family or by the number of people, with children counted as half, and the settle-up gives the fewest payments that clear the debt.
Can I plan a pilgrimage or a trip back to India?
Yes. Those are two of the eight kinds, each with their own checklist — darshan bookings and prasadam for a pilgrimage, gifts and a luggage allowance for a trip home.
Can I change the itinerary?
Yes. Every task, time, budget line and packing item is a starting point you can edit, reorder or delete.
Free while we're in early access, and you can delete a trip and everything on it whenever you like.
